ATGI Summer Camp

Adventure Travel Guides International offers a superb summer camp for beginner and intermediate climbers ages 5 – 18. Outdoor rock climbing for children is a fun adventure exploring nature with friends. Rock climbing helps children focus on problem solving, communication skills, self confidence and trust, in an active pursuit of challenge and success. The goal of our camps includes introducing and refining proper climbing technique, maintaining a strong emphasis on all aspects of climbing safety, and promoting a positive environment. These mainstays of climbing enable students to build confidence, improve self-esteem, and become stronger climbers in a fun, supportive atmosphere. No experience or equipment is necessary, professional instruction and all climbing gear will be provided.
Summer Camp is available weekly, June 3rd through August 16th. Full day climbing is available for kids ages 5+ on Mondays and Fridays throughout the summer.
Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate your vacations and changing schedule. All dates subject to availability, pre-registration is required. Pick up and drop off options are: the Meadow Mountain dirt parking lot (at the Minturn Exit, across from the Forest Service office) or at Eagle Climbing + Fitness. Outdoor climbing days will be in the beautiful White River National Forest at various climbing crags between Redcliffe and Camp Hale.

We also offer outdoor climbing excursions for the athletes on Eagle Climbing + Fitness youth teams. Sign up is available through the “EC+F Team Summer Climbing Icon” above.
